2. About our services
Jeff Messett is a licensed insurance agent in Florida (license # P141963, NPN 8604012). Information on this site is general and educational. It is not legal, tax or medical advice; for that, talk to a qualified professional. Your actual coverage is set by the policy or plan documents from the insurance company.
3. Medicare and Marketplace information
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options. TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048. Free, unbiased Medicare counseling is also available from Florida SHINE at 1-800-963-5337.
We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every Marketplace plan available in your area; visit HealthCare.gov for all Marketplace options.
4. Quotes and coverage
Quotes and plan information are estimates and can change. We can't guarantee that you'll qualify for any plan, subsidy or price, or that a plan will be available to you. Plan availability, benefits and prices vary by county, age and other factors, and insurance companies can change them. Coverage starts only when an insurance company approves your application and you pay any required premium.
5. Communications
If you contact us or give consent on a form, we may reach you as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
6. Other websites
Links to other websites, including form, scheduling and e-signature pages run by our service providers, are provided for convenience. Those sites are run by other organizations and have their own terms and privacy policies; we don't control their content and aren't responsible for it.

The text, logo and design of this site belong to Jeff Messett Insurance. Please don't copy them without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before that, please call us; most questions can be solved with a phone call.
