Hi, I'm Jeff. I live and work in South Florida, and I help people all over the state understand their health insurance, Medicare, long-term care and life insurance options. I stay with them long after they sign up.
Insurance is confusing, and most people don't have anyone to ask. I started this business so my clients would always have a real person to call: someone who explains things plainly, checks the details, and picks up the phone when a claim goes wrong.
Most of my clients come from referrals from family and friends. Many have been with me for years, and I review their coverage with them every enrollment season so nothing catches them off guard.
